Austausch und Erbe in der Paul Eluard Bibliothek
Bibliothek, die ihr 70-jähriges offizielles Bestehen feiert. Seit 1953 wird die Animation ausschließlich von Freiwilligen durchgeführt. Ihre Gründer hatten sich zum Ziel gesetzt, "klassische und zeitgenössische Autoren aus der ganzen Welt vorzustellen, eine authentische progressive und populäre Litteratur zu haben" und "in Frieden in einer besseren Welt zu leben". Auch heute noch besteht das Ziel darin, mit seinem Fundus von etwa 35000 Werken jedem (e) zu ermöglichen, für sich selbst zu denken, das Bewusstsein zu schaffen, dass Bürger sein heißt, auf allen Ebenen (lokal, regional, national) am politischen Leben teilzunehmen und "Weltbürger" zu werden. Aus diesem Grund ist die Bibliothek ein Verein, der sich zum Bürger erklärt, denn "über die Zufriedenheit seiner Mitglieder hinaus will er sich an das Gemeinwohl wenden und sich um das Gemeinwohl kümmern.

Library celebrating its 70 years of official existence. Since 1953, animation is provided only by volunteers. Its founders aimed to "introduce classical and contemporary authors from all over the world, to have as a basis an authentic progressive and popular literature" and to add, "live in peace in a better world". Still today, with its background of some 35000 works, the aim is to allow everyone to think for himself, to make aware that being a citizen means participating in political life at all levels (local, regional, national) to become "citizen of the world". This is why the library is an association that declares itself citizen because "beyond the satisfaction of its members, it intends to address the general interest and concern itself with the common good.

Biblioteca che celebra i suoi 70 anni di esistenza ufficiale. Dal 1953, l'animazione è assicurata solo da volontari. I suoi fondatori si prefiggevano di "presentare gli autori classici e contemporanei di tutto il mondo, di avere come base un'autentica letteratura progressista e popolare" e di aggiungere, "vivere in pace in un mondo migliore". Ancora oggi, con il suo fondo di circa 35000 opere, l'obiettivo è quello di permettere a tutti (e) di pensare da soli, di far prendere coscienza che essere cittadini significa partecipare alla vita politica a tutti i livelli (locale, regionale, nazionale) per diventare "cittadino del mondo". Per questo la biblioteca è un'associazione che si dichiara cittadina perché "al di là della soddisfazione dei suoi membri, intende rivolgersi all'interesse generale e preoccuparsi del bene comune.

Bibliothèque qui fête ses 70 ans d'existence officielle. Depuis 1953, l'animation est assurée uniquement par des bénévoles.
Ses fondateurs se donnaient pour but de "présenter les auteurs classiques et contemporains du monde entier, avoir pour base une authentique litterature progressiste et populaire" et d'ajouter, "vivre en paix dans un monde meilleur".
Aujourd'hui encore, avec son fond de quelques 35000 ouvrages, le but est de permettre à chacun(e) de penser par soi-même, de faire prendre conscience qu'être citoyen, c'est participer à la vie politique à tous les niveaux (local, régional, national) pour devenir "citoyen du monde". C''est pourquoi la bibliothèque est une association qui se déclare citoyenne car "au delà de la satisfaction de ses membres, elle entend s'adresser à l'intérêt général et se préoccuper du bien commun.

Sus fundadores se proponían "presentar a los autores clásicos y contemporáneos de todo el mundo, tener como base una auténtica literatura progresista y popular" y añadir, "vivir en paz en un mundo mejor". Aún hoy, con su fondo de unos 35.000 libros, el objetivo es permitir a cada uno(a) pensar por sí mismo, hacer tomar conciencia de que ser ciudadano es participar en la vida política a todos los niveles (local, regional, nacional) para convertirse en "ciudadano del mundo". Por eso la biblioteca es una asociación que se declara ciudadana porque "más allá de la satisfacción de sus miembros, quiere dirigirse al interés general y preocuparse por el bien común.
