Exhibition by Guillaume Doizy - Agence Caricadoc It is in the Belle Époque (late 19th – 1914) that sport emerges as a social activity, media, commercial and even by some popular aspects. While some sports activities remain the prerogative of the aristocracy, others will affect large sections of the population, sometimes registering in a competitive register and possibly becoming professional. At the time, sport also became a flourishing industry (automobile, cycling) with its brands, advertisements, clothing and already its stars! The exhibition is presented from September 12 to October 8, 2023 as part of "Decryptions - There will be sport!"
