The Carroi invites you to discover a photographic exhibition through the lens of iconic photographers of the early years Marinette Delanné and Jean-Claude Launey and more recently the photosART association. A testimony of three decades where teams from Carroi, the city, volunteers, technicians and artists from all walks of life are mobilizing to transform the public space into a place of show, conviviality and put La Flèche in «AFFRANCHIS» mode.
