As part of its associative project around wood cooking, the Maison du Potier invites you to discover all summer the exhibition Terres de Feu.
Discover Audrey Barbes, the guest of honour at the potters market, who takes over the exhibition space with her wood-fired pieces. Based in the Lot in Varaire, Audrey Barbes produces utilitarian pieces and sculptures in stoneware and porcelain, which she bakes in her anagama oven around 1300°C. For Audrey, who is in a perpetual search for volumes, cooking with wood is an integral part of its creative process, fully integrating the surprises it represents. This exhibition also presents a selection of photographs by Jérémie Logeay, from his travels in Tierra del Fuego.
