Built on the plans of the departmental architect Durand, it was inaugurated on July 5, 1829\. The current building is characterized by its circular architecture and peristyle. It replaced the two previous buildings located in the Colombier and the center of the village, destroyed successively in the 16th and 17th centuries by order of the King. It was given a bell on February 13, 1853, by Baroness Pieyre.
