Take part in a weekend dedicated to the vitality of popular arts and traditions in Corrèze and especially in Brive in connection with the collections of the Labenche museum. Led by the association la Bourrée Limousine de Brive, you will be offered at:

15h45: the intervention and presentation of the stuffed limousine, by Pierre Courteix, vice-president of the Bourrée Limousine and archivist documentalist at the archives of the city of Tulle.
4.15pm: a tale in the Occitan language by Henri Salle, member of the association.
16.30-17.00: a costume dance show.

Building of Renaissance style built by 1540 at the request of Jean de Calvimont; Lord of Labenche. He(It) belonged successively to the families of Calvimont, Dumas, Sabruguet-Damarzid. Louis XIII domiciled(resided) during its visit of Brive there. Bought in 1829 by the bishop de Tulle, he became the property of the City of Brive in 1906.
