This collegiate church is dedicated to Saint Martin, one of the city’s three patron saints. It was rebuilt in the 12th century, in the shape of a Latin cross, above the remains of the 5th century. From this medieval period remain the transept, the octagonal dome on pendants, a part of the bedside as well as an exceptional set of capitals historied in the choir. The bell tower is of Limousin Romanesque Revival style and rises to a height of 60 metres. In the crypt are visible the remains of the previous basilica of the 5th century, updated in 1986 and 1987. Come and take part in a guided tour of the building.
