Discovery tour on the Aquitaine architectural heritage
Artifacts in the landscape, water towers disturb us, shake our perception, intrigue with their forms, stir our curiosity, arouse our imagination and enliven our memories… Led by the architects of the Groupe des Cinq, the exhibition aims to make you raise your eyes to the sky and (re)discover the architectural heritage of Aquitaine right at your feet… Imagined as an invitation to dream, everyone. e will be invited. e, through an ambulatory journey, to live a journey sometimes initiatory, sometimes fantastic, to discover the fascinating architectural heritage of the water castles of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, and in particular the water tower «à la Gloriette», Le Corbusier’s first building in France, in 1917. A guided tour of the exhibition: «Là-eau» is proposed in order to sensitize the young public to architecture and heritage, which will be oriented according to the age of the participants and to agree with the teacher.
