A Marchois castle, particularly well preserved, combining romanticism and charm, one of the most elegant medieval complex of the department of Creuse.
It is one of the few intact examples of fortified house of the early fifteenth century. The castle is surrounded by water moats that have retained their original layout, all in the middle of a 4-hectare English-style park. Here time seems abolished!
