Four guided tours take place respectively at 14h, 15h30, 17h and 18h30 (departure of the last visit).
The tour begins with the inner courtyard, continues to the outside of the mansion and then ends with the inside of the mansion including the private apartments.
The architecture of the building, its modifications over the centuries, the last restoration campaign that began in 2001 and continues to this day, will be described to visitors as well as a brief presentation on the poet François de Cortète and some characters whose portraits adorn the walls of this old house.

The Prades mansion was built in the 1520s by Bernard de Cortète. Since its construction, it has remained to this day the property of the same family, even if the names of the owners have changed during transmissions by women. With its outbuildings, the manor house forms a quadrilateral. The main building, that of the sixteenth century, occupies the entire western face. It is finished, at its corners, by four round turrets, two on one level, two in corbelling. A hexagonal turret leaning against the eastern side, serves as a stairwell. The manor is preceded, to the east, by a courtyard rebuilt in the 17th and 18th centuries, but which existed from the beginning. It was surrounded by a crenellated wall, pierced with loopholes. The parapet was to have a walkway that communicated with the main building. The front door was to be framed by two fluted pilasters with Doric capitals and topped with a entablature with denticle cornices. It was in this manor house that François de Cortète lived, o

Access by the alley lined with plane trees, with possibility to park the cars in the meadow, located on the left of the alley, heading towards the entrance porch.
