Built to shelter a professional national school, the site becomes a high school in 1960\. Robert Danis, chief architect of Historic monuments, gives he a classic arrangement(disposal) while proposing an open-air school, which buildings(ships) restarted on artificial terraces. This high school manifests moreover the evolution of materials in school construction from 1930s: concrete(watertight) structure armed and local stone facing: here the granite of Eyrein. On August 18th, 1944, the school is partly destroyed by the bombardment of the allies, the roofing and the different levels of the central building(ship) are affected, alone workshops(studios) are saved(spared). He(It) was labelled «Heritage of the XXth century» by the Ministry of Culture and Communication in 2010\. He(It) also saw itself awarding the label «Equality to Him(It) It» of the Education for his(its) politics(policy) of promotion(class) of scientific, technological and professional trainings(formations) to the girls.
