On the occasion of these European Heritage Days, we will try to share with you, visitors and friends, the affection that binds us to this place where our family has been working for more than 150 years but whose origin goes much further back in time. We will be happy to tell you the reasons that explain the existence of this place, and its adaptation to the evolution of lifestyles for now almost four centuries.
