Following restoration work, come and discover the church of Saint-Pierre and its magnificent altarpiece that has been cleaned and repaired.
Transferred to Castillonnès around 1846, the altarpiece and paintings of the church of Saint-Pierre de Castillonnès are the highlight of the rich architectural heritage of the bastide founded in 1259 by Alphonse de Poitiers.

Built in the 13th century, the church of Saint-Pierre was remodeled at different times. The tower, 27 metres high, dates from the beginning of the 20th century. Inside, the altarpiece dates from the 17th century and has been listed as a Historic Monument since 1959\. This altarpiece of the old cathedral of Agen and the stained-glass windows are contemporary to note when you come.
