The laboratory from Prehistory to the present: culture, environment and anthropology (Pacea, CNRS and University of Bordeaux)Pacea has a vast human osteo library, of varied geographical and chronocultural origins, documenting the biological characteristics of past populations. In addition, an important collection of Palaeolithic burials and casts of fossil pieces illustrate the stages of human evolution. This collection, far from being unused, is necessary for the work of scientists, students and archaeology students at the University of Bordeaux.
