Complementary activities will highlight this landmark monument of the municipality of Guîtres:

Festival of photographs: «The orphans of Ceaușescu», with as guest of honor Elisabeth Blanchet, Saturday 16 September from 10h to 20h and Sunday 17 September from 10h30 to 19h.
Enjoy a jazz concert from 5pm to end this beautiful weekend.

This abbey church was built by Benedictine monks from the 19th century. Its 15th century frame is one of the most beautiful in the southwest. The abbey Notre-Dame de Guîtres is the 7th building of Gironde with its length of 58 meters, its width of 16 meters and its height of 17 meters.
