Take a guided tour of the Savignac-Lédrier forge. Discover its history, the men who worked there, the techniques of metal production, in this place that still testifies to the industrial activity of yesteryear. For the occasion, a cutler blacksmith will be doing forge demonstrations all day long and running a small shop.

This forge is attested in 1521\. Its blast furnace was active until 1930, making it the last forge to operate with charcoal in France. The activity of drawing stopped in 1975\. Classified as Historic Monuments, this industrial site is visited from June to September included.
