The European Heritage Days are an opportunity for the Departmental Archives of the Pyrénées Atlantiques -site de Pau- to give you exceptional access to their backstage. The discovery of the hidden side of this service makes it possible to better understand the missions of collection, classification, conservation and communication.
During this visit, we will present you a selection of some documents representative of the collections preserved by us. Illustrating this year’s theme, these archives focus on the heritage of sports, which we will address from a local perspective through traditional sports.
