Bringing together thousands of masterpieces from many national and international institutions and museums, this digital art gallery is a unique cultural offering. Digitized in very high definition, the works of this eclectic gallery amaze, surprise, challenge.
For this weekend of European Heritage Days, the micro-folie d'Égletons offers digitized works on the theme of gestures and know-how in art.

À propos du lieu

Centre de découverte du Moyen Âge
2 avenue d'Orluc, 19300 Égletons
  • Corrèze
  • Nouvelle-Aquitaine
The discovery centre of the Middle Ages opens to its visitors the gates of the medieval world: domestic and monastic life, dynastic struggles and murderous rivalries, development of trade and technical innovations (fields of architecture, crafts, armaments, health and food...).
The visit is a sensory journey through history, art and techniques. An interactive approach to daily life and sacred art on more than 350 m2, adapted to all audiences.
There is also a beautiful medieval garden divided into regular spaces and presenting the herbularius (the plants), the hortus (the vegetable garden), the pomarius (the orchard) and the pleasure garden.
