• “Model, Architecture, Urbanism. The Bordeaux metropolis in miniature”
  The models, three-dimensional archival documents, testify to the inventiveness and creativity of urban and architectural projects in the metropolitan area. Through a selection of models preserved at the Archives of Bordeaux Métropole, this exhibition explores the different statuses of these objects with various typologies, from the concrete materialization of the project through their communication to the decision-making of the sponsors.
• “Passion rugby!”
  On the occasion of the 2023 Rugby World Cup, enjoy a presentation, at the entrance of the reading room, of a selection of documents from the collection conducted by the Archives of Bordeaux Métropole from the clubs, players, volunteers and enthusiasts of a sport that is essential to the metropolitan area.

  Théâtre Jeune public.
  «Contes pour l'Hérit'Âges en musique» by the company Enchântier Théâtre.
  By adapting into music oral tales from Eastern, African, Western and Amerindian traditions, the actors of the company Enchântier deal with powerful and human themes such as the meaning of life, the inevitable choices, love desire, fear of others or death.
  This show defends the duty to transmit, to tell children, families, friends, neighbours, present and future citizens the joyful and perilous trials of adult life.

  Speakers: Archimade, designers of the model.
  [Re]Centres, Programme National de Requalification des Quartiers Anciens Dégradés (PNRQA) led by Bordeaux Métropole, is a project for the development, rehabilitation and requalification of the historic center of Bordeaux.

  Screening of the short film «La lutte contre moi» with director Paul Nouhet.
  1955. Bordeaux. Mayor Jacques Chaban-Delmas dreams of the district of the year 2000. Through audiovisual archives, the film evokes the emergence of the Mériadeck district. Paul Nouhet is a director, screenwriter and actor. He designed «La Lutte contre moi» as part of the graduation of La Fémis in 2020.

  For 6-12 year olds, two activities are proposed to discover the site of the Archives of Bordeaux Métropole: the matrimoine track game «Pour dans leurs pas mettre mes pas» in front of the Archives; and the game booklet of the exhibition «The metropolis in miniature».
