Discover this exhibition of photographs of some works of the «Forêt d'art contemporain», as part of a free visit. This artistic journey is located in the heart of the forest of the Landes de Gascogne and it was born from a desire to produce and disseminate contemporary art in rural areas.

René Guichemerre, architect, did not cease during his life to think, to draw, to build and to restore this park which he finished(ended) in 1953\. To his(its) death, in 1988, he(it) left his(its) property in the city of Dax. On more than three hectares, more than 700 trees of 27 different gasolines(essences) were counted. This park is of mixed type, understanding a regular part(party) and an environmental or irregular part(party).
