Completed in 1871, the church of Saint-Lubin is a youth work of the architect Anatole de Baudot, the most illustrious student of the Viollet-le-Duc. Partly financed by Napoleon III and delivered while the Second Empire has just been replaced by the Third Republic, the church is enriched with works from the old church or commissioned for the occasion.
