It all began in 1969 with the development of a new district, the Centre des 7-Mares, with its Maison pour Tous, a building with multiple functions delivered in 1975, which allowed the new inhabitants to meet, to learn about art in all its forms or lunch together in the cafeteria. Volume of brick or oxidized copper, it echoes the media library, formerly library-disco, across the street, which opened the same year before the arrival of the first inhabitants.
