Workshop "Bread of Heritage"
From Wednesday 13 September around 9 am, the oven of the Hermitage is warmed up for the test of Friday, September 15 and the first batch of the bread of the heritage on Saturday, Saturday, 16 around 12 pm. The batch then follows in front of the public to which the volunteers present the phases of bread making. The local residents' dough is also baked and the bread is offered for public tasting. At the end of the event, the residual heat is used to cook a pizza whose ingredients are brought by the inhabitants who participate in a talk on the theme "Living heritage" of this year.
This tasting of bread baked in an oven at the beginning of the nineteenth century is, on the other hand, an opportunity to present to the public and officials a wall restrospective of the wine-producing activity of the district and the paintings of the impressionists of the district such as C. Pissarro, P. Cézanne and post-impressionist like G. Loiseau.
