Two exhibitions to browse!

"From heart to work, in the intimacy of the work of archaeologists"

This photographic exhibition allows you to discover archaeologists on the ground, through photographs taken on the spot. Aesthetic, poetic, unusual, these are accompanied by audio and video testimonies, literature and archival documents. Originally designed by the Hauts-de-France Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs, this exhibition has been adapted by the Departmental Archives and Culture of the Val d'Oise. It will close at the end of the European Heritage Days, during which photos and documents from the Val d'Oise will be in the spotlight!

Sport in the Val d'Oise

In February 2024, the management of the Departmental Archives will open a new exhibition on the theme of sport in the Val d'Oise. For the JEP, showcases will present in preview unpublished documents and objects, coming in part from the Great Collection of sports archives organized during the year 2023.
