Église Saint-Maurice

Based(Established) in 385 by Saint Martin, the church is property of the fathers Jesuits in 1615\. They extend it by building the chorus(choir), the sanctuary, the sacristy then the north side chapel. The church Saint-Maurice escapes revolutionary destructions then. In 1867, the architect Narcissus Brunette replaces the nave in bad state with a new construction. Burnt down in 1942 and returned to worship(cult) in 1963, church Saint-Maurice contains a rich heritage: statues, furniture, paintings(boards), stained-glass windows and organ Cavaillé-Coll of 1889 listed(classified) among historic monuments.
