André Eve begins(undertakes) in 1980 the creation of a garden on a 1500 m2 ground, closes walls and located at the back of his(her) house of 28, Suburb from Orléans to Pithiviers. Its project is then to create a garden which he could maintain only and in that would be presented his collection of varieties of new and old(former) roses, together with the enduring of that he is very fond. Very fast, this garden will make the object of reports. Very fast, he(it) is going to attract crowds. Enthusiasts of pink(roses) and of gardens. Unknown men, but also the most famous: Jean-Marie Pelt, Alain Delon, Annie Dupérey, Catherine Deneuve, Albert II and the queen Paola, and many other. All will make journey to Pithiviers
