Grain silos are an integral part of our Eurelian rural landscape. These are buildings of various shapes that have for more than a hundred years the objective to realize the collection and storage of agricultural productions of the department. Why are these silos metal, concrete or wood, why so high pointing towards the sky or on the contrary so long towards the plain?
It is to answer all these questions and many others that the SCAEL Cooperative wishes to open the doors of its collection site. On the agenda:

Exhibition revisiting the eras that marked the appearance of silos in the department and the architectural currents that flow from them Broadcast episodes of the mini-series «Secrets de Silos» which mixes the history and the functioning of the silos of the cooperative.
