The Municipal and Community Archives of Bourges is a public cultural and heritage service whose mission is to collect, preserve and classify, in order to communicate them to the public, the sources allowing to reconstitute the history of the city, of the agglomeration and its inhabitants. These testimonies trace the history of the city since the twelfth century, that of the CCAS since the beginning of the twentieth century and the Agglomeration since its creation in 2002.
