Tribunal du Puy-en-Velay
Place du Breuil, 43000 le Puy-en-Velay
- Haute-Loire
- Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes
Originally, in 1818, the Civil Court is located in a district of Puy-en-Velay whose streets serving it are very narrow and difficult to access. The Place du Breuil, outside the old town, became the place where many public buildings were relocated during the 19th century. This is the case of the Civil Court, whose work began in 1837, led by Claude Kleist, a civil engineer and architect.
