Located in the old(former) episcopal Palace built in the XVIIth century, the Museum of the High - Auvergne exposes(explains) amazing identity collections witnesses(batons) of the history(story) of a country of the highlands. You will discover to it collections of archaeology manifesting the progressive installation of the man in Cantal, the religious works of art the from XIIth century till XIXth century, one of the most beautiful collections of popular furniture, without forgetting a room devoted to music and to suit(costume) from Auvergne.
