Nicolat Millet, territorial administrator, former student of L'INET de Strasbourg, PhD in social sciences of EHESS de Paris, currently administrator of several Lyon associations: Swing Le Lab, SEPL (Société d'économie politique et d'économie sociale de Lyon), Villa Gillet, does us the honor of presenting a lecture during the Music'Ly festival. The conference is based on the themes of the European Heritage Days and combines Claude Debussy with his contemporaries, poets with Mallarmé and painters with Monet and Hokusai.
