Discovery of a Saint-Etienne architect
This pedestrian path aims to make known this great architect still too little known from Saint-Etienne. Auguste Bossu (1889-1946) founded in 1923, with the Lyons architect François Clermont, the Société des Immeubles par Étages, intended to build buildings sold as condominiums. He was responsible for several residential buildings in the city, including the Immeuble Moderne at the corner of rue des Creuses and rue Michelet, and sutout the Maison sans Escalier on boulevard Daguerre. This route will allow you to discover in the south of Saint-Étienne:

• the “Gutemberg” building at 27 Joseph Pupier Street (Bellevue)
• 7 Des Teinturiers Building
• 10 Doctors Charcot Building
The route will end in front of the House without Stairs, boulevard Daguerre.The tour will start at Bellevue Square, at the entrance to the Léopold Sédar Senghor Garden.
