Free visit of the educational marsh
Created in 2012, the educational marsh is a model of the Lower Angevines Valleys. The plants are in their natural environment and disappear according to the seasons. The flowering periods are from April to September.
The central part is mowed late to promote the reproduction of the corncrake. the outer part of the road is left as it is to simulate the evolution of abandoned grasslands.
The pond and its surroundings are a favorable environment for reeds, aquatic grasses, buttercups. The educational marsh is a protected environment, it is forbidden to pick flowers and tear plants.
