From 10am to 5pm, the volunteers will take you to visit the churches of the canton of Pays de Villeneuve in Armagnac Landais, highlighting their architectural heritage and furniture.
You can start this day with a breakfast around the new bread oven of Sainte-Foy at the edge of the pond.
A speaker from the department will give lectures on 3 churches in the canton, 2 of which are classified: 10h at the Saint-Cyr Church in Saint-Cricq-Villeneuve followed by an aperitif-tapas organized by the Comité des fêtes, 14h at the Saint-Villeneuve ChurchJean Baptiste de Bourdalat accompanied by delicious cakes made by the Lous péous argentats association and 4 pm at the Saint-Laurent church in Montegut preceded by Gascon folk dances.
Many activities will be offered throughout the day (crafts, local products, etc.) throughout the canton.
The day will end with a concert in the church of Saint-Pierre de Saint-Gein.
