Demonstration, exhibition and tasting of traditionally preserved foods throughout the weekend.
Before the arrival of electric refrigerators in the Périgord countryside, different methods of traditional food preservation were used: from confit, to salting, to drying, to liqueur, etc. Still used today, can they be part of a “sustainable” approach?
Demonstrations on Saturday morning, exhibition on Saturday and Sunday and tasting of the products thus preserved on Sunday noon.
