Opened in 1999, the Frac-Artothèque Nouvelle-Aquitaine relay of the CIAPV is aimed at the inhabitants of the Plateau de Millevaches by offering through a singular choice of works the opportunity to initiate one’s gaze on the creation of today’s art. The CIAPV favours the direct relationship to the works of the collection in the continuity of its exhibitions and educational activities.
