Manor built in 1520s by Bernard de Cortète. Main building of the XVIth century, flanked(thrown) by 4 round turrets in its angles, and, on its facade is, of a polygonal tower sheltering a staircase with screw allowing access on the first floor. Chartreuse of the XVIIIth century. House of François de Cortète, thought Cortète de Prades, gentleman of feather and of sword literary work of which went down in history.

Accès

Since the municipality of Lafox, on D813, take D16 towards Puymirol; at the end of 600m, take on right the path lined with plane trees which leads to the manor. There is a signpost(road sign) "Manor of Prades" at the foot of the path.
