The estate of Clères has a history dating back to the 11th century... Around a medieval castle, rebuilt in the Renaissance and restored in the neo-Gothic style, a park of 13 ha where 1400 animals live. During this visit, we will go from the history of the barons of Clères companions of Guillaume the Conqueror to that of Jean Delacour ornithologist and founder of the zoo 100 years ago.

At the heart of the Seine-Maritime, this 13 hectare park created in the XIXth century receives zoological gardens since 1919 where animals live in relative freedom. An architectural ensemble going of the XIIIth century s. in the XIXth century s and a garden of type arts and crafts decorate visit.
