For the European Heritage Days, the City of Saint-Pierre-lès-Elbeuf organises a cultural action project with the City’s schools, the IME Max Brière, the autonomous residence, the leisure centres and the library’s readers. Entitled KOKLYKO, this artistic, eco-citizen and participatory project is led by the artist Jérôme Toq'r, who, for several years, manufactures poppies based on recycled bottles, with the public to make them aware of the ecology and the excessive consumption of plastic in our society. Come and discover its monumental installation on Saturday 17 September 2022 at the entrance of the Mare-Asse Forest.
