Horse ride of the 10 candidates, from the beach to the Musée du Rhum, with the association «the hooves in the sand». -11H00- Visit of the Rum Museum and presentation at the House of Distillation and before the art boutik: of an original culinary concept «TAP TAP» of the chef and cooking teacher "Jean Philippe CRAMPON" (Service & Tasting).

Implanted in Saint-Peter for the XVIIIth century, the Saint James distillery was transferred to Saint - Marie further to the eruption of the Mount Pelée in 1902\. The site contains the distillery, the museum of the rum.
