Historical monument listed(classified) in 1973, the Library(Bookcase) Schoelcher results from a particular(special) approach(initiative) of Victor Schoelcher towards the General Council of Martinique still under colonial diet(regime). She shelters the gift(donation) of origin of Victor Schoelcher made in the colony(summer camp), the patrimonial bottoms on Martinique and the Antilles. It is a patrimonial library(bookcase) and of public reading.
