Visit to Roman Gaul

In a green valley in the heart of the French Vexin Regional Natural Park, the archaeological site of the Vaux de la Celle in Genainville presents the remains of a Gallo-Roman agglomeration with a temple, a show building and several basins.
The annual excavation of CY Cergy Paris University and the Valdoisian Student Association of Archaeology took place from June 6 to July 8: come and discover the first results!

Educational workshops on Roman construction will be offered, for the little ones as for the big ones!
