Guided tour of the Invalides referral station
Discover behind the scenes traffic on the RER C, the busiest line in Ile-de-France with more than 500,000 passengers a day.

The purpose of this guided tour is to introduce the disabled referral station and its operation to the public.
Visit and discovery of the operational room. The agents will present: - the main principles of the railway traffic, - the organization of the post, - its technology, - its geographical zone of action,
- incident/incivility management.
Each person who wishes to make the visit must register in advance.
Several time slots are offered to visitors, from 10am to 4pm. The tour takes about 30 minutes. For security reasons, 5 persons per slot are authorized within the referral station.
