Im Jahr 2020 veröffentlichte Ludovic Chemarin Kentia (Éditions Incertain Sens, 2020), ein Werk, das dieser Pflanze der Palmenfamilie gewidmet ist. Dieses breit illustrierte Buch, auf halbem Weg zwischen dem Künstlerbuch, dem Essay und dem Katalog, wollte diese Reminiszenz an Kentia erforschen, wie ein Archetyp oder eine neue Kunstform in der Show der Kunst: eine Pflanze, von einem Aussehen ohne Qualität, Sie unterhält und dekoriert Ausstellungsräume ebenso wie Gemälde, Kunstmessen und Installationen, Sammler- und Wartezimmer.
Im MAC VAL entfaltet Ludovic Chemarin© diese Reflexion im Salon©, als Echo auf die Pflanzen, die die Ausstellung «Modern Lovers" bewohnen.

In 2020, Ludovic Chemarin© published Kentia (Éditions Incertain Sens, 2020), a book entirely dedicated to this plant belonging to the palm family. This widely illustrated book, halfway between the artist’s book, the essay and the catalogue, intended to explore this reminiscence of kentia, as an archetype or a new artifice in the spectacle of art: a plant, of appearance without quality, which entertains and decorates exhibition halls as much as paintings, art fairs as much as installations, collectors' rooms as much as waiting rooms.
At MAC VAL, Ludovic Chemarin© unfolds this reflection in the Salon©, echoing the plants that inhabit the exhibition «Modern Lovers».

Nel 2020, Ludovic Chemarin ha pubblicato Kentia (Éditions Incerti Sens, 2020), un libro interamente dedicato a questa pianta appartenente alla famiglia delle palme. Questo libro ampiamente illustrato, a metà strada tra il libro dell'artista, il saggio e il catalogo, intendeva esplorare questa reminiscenza della Kentia, come un archetipo o un nuovo artificio nello spettacolo dell'arte: una pianta, dall'aspetto senza qualità, che intrattiene e decora le sale d'esposizione tanto quanto i quadri, le fiere d'arte quanto le installazioni, i saloni dei collezionisti tanto quanto le sale d'attesa.
Al MAC VAL, Ludovic Chemarin© spiega questa riflessione nel Salon©, in eco alle piante che abitano la mostra «Modern Lovers».

Ce livre largement illustré, à mi-chemin entre le livre d'artiste, l'essai et le catalogue, entendait explorer cette réminiscence du kentia, comme un archétype ou un nouvel artifice dans le spectacle de l'art : une plante, d'apparence sans qualité, qui divertit et décore les salles d'exposition autant que les tableaux, les foires d'art autant que les installations, les salons des collectionneurs autant que les salles d'attente.

En 2020, Ludovic Chemarin© hizo aparecer Kentia (Ediciones Incierta Sentido, 2020), una obra enteramente dedicada a esta planta perteneciente a la familia de las palmeras. Este libro ampliamente ilustrado, a medio camino entre el libro de artista, el ensayo y el catálogo, pretendía explorar esta reminiscencia del Kentia, como un arquetipo o un nuevo artificio en el espectáculo del arte: una planta, de apariencia sin calidad, que entretiene y decora tanto las salas de exposición como los cuadros, las ferias de arte tanto como las instalaciones, los salones de los coleccionistas tanto como las salas de espera.
