Ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Issy, Place Léon Blum, gehen die Arbeiten an der neuen Station des Grand Paris Express gut voran, und dieser Bezirk hat sich bereits geändert, wird sich ändern und wird daher an der großen Stadterneuerung teilnehmen, die Issy-die Moulineaux seit 15 Jahren durch und durch. Wie können diese bedeutenden Veränderungen mit einem städtischen, architektonischen und künstlerischen Erbe in Einklang gebracht werden?
Um das Problem besser in Betracht zu ziehen, muss man sich über die Definition dieses Erbes einigen: Es gibt zwar die denkmalgeschützten Gebäude und Objekte, aber auch eine Reihe von Orten, Gebäuden und städtischen Konfigurationen, die Teil des Bildes der Stadt sind. Selbstverständlich ergänzend zu den spannenden monografischen Besuchen, die von vielen Kennern angeboten werden, wird sich unsere Befragung, die mindestens 30 Standorte umfasst, mit den neuen Beziehungen befassen, die durch die jüngsten Operationen geschaffen wurden, im Laufe oder in der Zukunft wird er versuchen, die Modalitäten, Zulassungen, Schwierigkeiten oder Unmöglichkeiten eines solchen Zusammenlebens zu untersuchen.
Wir werden vom Val de Seine und von der Insel Saint-Germain ausgehen: Wir werden vom Turm mit den Figuren von Dubuffet dominiert werden, wir werden von den alten Industriehallen und der Erinnerung an die Weltausstellung von 1867 erstaunt sein; Wir werden an den fast verstorbenen EDF-Turm denken, der von der Werkstatt von Montrouge ausgeführt wurde; wir werden an Unserer Lieben Frau der Armen vorbeikommen und zweifellos von den hoch architektonischen Buntglasfenstern von Léon Zack oder von den ineinandergreifenden Bänden der Synagoge betrogen werden; Wir werden in die Innenstadt, das Rathaus und Saint-Étienne vorrücken, wir werden die Überreste des alten Schlosses aus dem 18. Close to the Issy train station, Place Léon Blum, the work on the new Grand Paris Express station is going well and this district has already changed, will change and will therefore take part in the major urban renewal that disrupts Issy-les-Moulineaux over the last 15 years. How can these important changes fit in with a very present urban, architectural and artistic heritage?
To better consider the problem, we must agree on the definition of this heritage: there are certainly classified buildings and objects, but also many places, buildings and urban configurations that are part of the image of the city. Obviously complementary to the exciting monographic visits proposed by many connoisseurs, our questioning, embracing at least thirty sites, will concern itself with the new relations created by the recent operations, In the course of or to come, it will try to probe the modalities, the approvals, the difficulties or the impossibilities of such cohabitation.
We will start from the Val de Seine and Île Saint-Germain: we will be dominated by the Tour aux Figures de Dubuffet, we will be surprised by old industrial halls and the memory of the universal exhibition of 1867; we will think of the almost dead EDF tower built by the Montrouge workshop; we will pass by Our Lady of the Poor and will no doubt be stunned by the highly architectural stained glass windows of Leon Zack or by the interlocking volumes of the Synagogue; we will progress towards the city center, the City Hall and Saint-Étienne, we will see the remains of the old castle of the eighteenth century, we will cross many post-haussmannian constructions and especially Art Deco; we may be disoriented by two Armenian churches; we will go to the future station of line 15, place Léon Blum, then we will end up in Saint Lucia and the station of Moulineaux-Billancourt. We will have gone from the 12th century to tomorrow!

Come si conciliano le importanti trasformazioni legate all'arrivo della nuova stazione del Grand Paris Express con il patrimonio urbano, architettonico e artistico di Issy-les-Moulineaux?

Molto vicino alla stazione di Issy, place Léon Blum, i lavori della nuova stazione del Grand Paris Express vanno bene e questo quartiere è già cambiato, cambierà e parteciperà quindi all'importante rinnovamento urbano che sconvolge Issy-I Moulineaux da una parte all'altra da una quindicina d'anni. Come si possono conciliare questi importanti cambiamenti con un patrimonio urbano, architettonico e artistico molto presente?
Per meglio considerare il problema, bisogna accordarsi sulla definizione di questo patrimonio: ci sono certamente gli edifici e gli oggetti classificati, ma anche numerosi luoghi, edifici e configurazioni urbane che sono parte integrante dell'immagine della città. Ovviamente complementare alle appassionanti visite monografiche proposte da molti intenditori, la nostra interrogazione, abbracciando almeno una trentina di siti, si occuperà delle nuove relazioni create dalle operazioni recenti, in corso o a venire, tenterà di sondare le modalità, le approvazioni, le difficoltà o le impossibilità di tale convivenza.
Partiremo dalla Val de Seine e dall'isola di Saint-Germain: saremo dominati dalla Torre delle figure di Dubuffet, saremo stupiti da vecchi capannoni industriali e dalla memoria dell'esposizione universale del 1867; penseremo alla quasi defunta torre EDF realizzata dall'atelier di Montrouge; passeremo per Notre-Dame des Pauvres e saremo senza dubbio stupiti dalle vetrate altamente architettoniche di Léon Zack o dai volumi intrecciati della Sinagoga; avanzeremo verso il centro città, il Municipio e Santo Stefano, vedremo i resti dell'antico castello del XVIII secolo, incroceremo numerose costruzioni post-haussmanniane e soprattutto Art deco; saremo forse disorientati da due chiese armene; ci dirigeremo verso la futura stazione della linea 15, Place Léon Blum, poi finiremo a Saint Lucia e la stazione dei Moulineaux-Billancourt. Saremo passati dal XII secolo a domani!

Tout près de la gare d’Issy, place Léon Blum, les travaux de la nouvelle station du Grand Paris Express vont bon train et ce quartier a déjà changé, va changer et va donc participer à l’importante rénovation urbaine qui bouleverse Issy-les-Moulineaux de part en part depuis une quinzaine d’années. Comment ces importantes mutations peuvent-elles s’accorder avec un patrimoine urbain, architectural et artistique très présent ?
Pour mieux envisager le problème, il faut s’entendre sur la définition de ce patrimoine : il y a certes les édifices et objets classés, mais aussi nombre de lieux, bâtis et configurations urbaines qui sont partie prenante de l’image de la ville. Évidemment complémentaire des passionnantes visites monographiques proposées par nombre de connaisseurs, notre questionnement, embrassant au moins une trentaine de sites, se préoccupera des relations nouvelles créées par les opérations récentes, en cours ou à venir, il tentera de sonder les modalités, les agréments, les difficultés ou les impossibilités d’une telle cohabitation.
Nous partirons du Val de Seine et de l’île Saint-Germain : nous serons dominés par la Tour aux figures de Dubuffet, nous serons étonnés par d’anciennes halles industrielles et par la mémoire de l’exposition universelle de 1867 ; nous penserons à la quasi défunte tour EDF réalisée par l’atelier de Montrouge ; nous passerons par Notre-Dame des Pauvres et serons sans doute médusés par les vitraux hautement architecturaux de Léon Zack ou par les volumes imbriqués de la Synagogue ; nous progresserons vers le centre-ville, la Mairie et Saint-Étienne, nous verrons les restes de l’ancien château du XVIIIe siècle, nous croiserons nombre de constructions post-haussmanniennes et surtout Art déco ; nous serons peut-être dépaysés par deux églises arméniennes ; nous irons vers la future station de la ligne 15, place Léon Blum, puis nous finirons par Sainte-Lucie et la gare des Moulineaux-Billancourt. Nous serons passés du XIIe siècle à demain !

Muy cerca de la estación de Issy, plaza Léon Blum, las obras de la nueva estación del Grand Paris Express van bien tren y este barrio ya ha cambiado, va a cambiar y por lo tanto va a participar en la importante renovación urbana que trastorna Issy-les-Moulineaux de parte en parte desde hace quince años. ¿Cómo pueden estas importantes transformaciones armonizarse con un patrimonio urbano, arquitectónico y artístico muy presente?
Para ver mejor el problema, hay que ponerse de acuerdo sobre la definición de este patrimonio: ciertamente, los edificios y objetos clasificados, pero también numerosos lugares, construcciones y configuraciones urbanas que son parte integrante de la imagen de la ciudad. Evidentemente complementaria de las apasionantes visitas monográficas propuestas por numerosos conocedores, nuestro cuestionario, que abarca al menos una treintena de sitios, se preocupará por las nuevas relaciones creadas por las operaciones recientes, en curso o futuros, intentará sondear las modalidades, las aprobaciones, las dificultades o las imposibilidades de tal convivencia.
Partiremos del Valle del Sena y de la isla Saint-Germain: estaremos dominados por la Torre de las Figuras de Dubuffet, nos sorprenderemos por las antiguas naves industriales y por la memoria de la Exposición Universal de 1867; pensaremos en la casi difunta torre EDF realizada por el taller de Montrouge; pasaremos por Notre-Dame des Pauvres y nos asombrarán sin duda los vitrales altamente arquitectónicos de Léon Zack o los volúmenes imbricados de la Sinagoga; avanzaremos hacia el centro de la ciudad, el Ayuntamiento y Saint-Étienne, veremos los restos del antiguo castillo del siglo XVIII, nos cruzaremos con muchas construcciones posthaussmannianas y sobre todo Art deco; seremos quizás desorientados por dos iglesias armenias; iremos hacia la futura estación de la línea 15, plaza Léon Blum, luego terminaremos por Santa Lucía y la estación de Moulineaux-Billancourt. ¡Habremos pasado del siglo XII a mañana!
