In charge of preventive excavations during certain construction sites, the archaeological pole of the City of Paris is also responsible for carrying out studies and preserving the objects resulting from these excavations. In 2021, its reserves were installed on a new site, near the Porte de la Chapelle (18th).
On the occasion of the JEP, these reservations will be open for two visits on Friday 16 September. The visits will be commented by the head of the Archaeological Pole.
