Projection of «It had to be beautiful», Producing and working at the Grand Moulins de Corbeil
As part of the study on the history and heritage of the Grand Moulins de Corbeil, a work of memory was carried out during the year 2021, in partnership with Moulins Soufflet.

More than ten hours of oral archives were collected from people who worked at the Grands Moulins. These valuable testimonies make it possible to discover the milling trades and techniques, the main restructurings of the mill, the evolution of the sector, the relationship of each one to his work tool.
The European Heritage Days will be an opportunity to present to the public a first restitution of this collection: a thematic selection of about 50 minutes will immerse us in the heart of this exceptional site through words, the personal impressions and touching memories of those who make or made this mill live.
This screening completes the walk around the Grands Moulins of 15h.
