Landscape walk at the Domaine de Grosbois
The Domaine de Grosbois is known to the equestrian community as the rear base of the Vincennes racecourse. It is indeed one of the largest training centres for trotting horses in Europe.
It also offers an unsuspected heritage, with its 17th century castle, classified as a Historic Monument. Inside, the historic apartments of the Princes of Wagram show the way of life of a large aristocratic family.
As part of the Heritage Days, Julie-Amadea Pluriel, landscape architect and Emmanuel Pujo, architect at the CAUE du Val-de-Marne, will offer you a two-voice tour, during which you will discover the history of the domain, the surroundings of the castle and its exceptional landscape. This walking tour will be an opportunity to discover the Grosbois area from a new angle!
