Installed(Settled) in the old(former) episcopal palace of Senlis, the museum is in the historic heart of the city, nearby immediate of the cathedral. A part(party) of the basement appears as a museum of site where the visitor discovers the vestiges of a Gallo-Roman house on which was built the palace. The other section, a beautiful vault shelters the direction(fabrication) from the spectacular Gallo-Roman whole thanksgiving plaque exhumed during excavations(searches) of the temple of healing of the forest of Halatte. The archaeological collections spread(display) at the ground floor, around monumental one bronze base.
