In short, mastering it is the mission of men who are no more equal to it than to Fortune. Thus, from Grand-Fort-Philippe to Bray-Dunes, from Bourbourg to Dunkerque or from Coudekerque-Branche to Loon-Plage... everything took shape in a relation to water, fresh or salty, present or absent, accomplice or hostile.
